Yes I was touched heavy by Gods hand at the revival in 2007.But the first time was on TV 15 years ago. Then the next time was at church in Greensboro that I go to in 2001.I was call out of my seat by Dr.Rodney Howard Browne he ask God to touch me and he did so. The hands of an angle touched me as I fell out in the Holly Ghost. Know body knows that I wanted to die because of a divorce that I was going through. How I prayed that I didn’t live to see the sun come up the next day. Yes I know that to be healed from a problem we might have In our body is great because I,ve been there to.But for me theres nothing like the healing of the heart. The touch of God that tells me that he loves me and the joy of the Holly Ghost. It means I want to live again and live it for Jesus.

Dear brother rodney, i have been very deeply touched by your ministry ,in fiji just by listening to the tape in which you are singing alleluia and in 1996 i was discouraged and given up in life and then the lord touched me in church as i was worshipping through the tape the lord touched me .i felt his hand around my and and my life has never been the same. iam today preaching in my country onthe love and the coming move of God and seen mighty things that the Lord is doing. yet i desire to hear and see what god has been doing through your ministry and haer your teachings , but it is a little hard to get in touch. i under stand all things cost money ,so i will be sowing as a partner both in your Australian and American offices. but could you please see if you think you could send me some teachings and what God is doing through your ministry. i thank God constantly for you and your ministry.

When i was watching some of your chronicles became drunk and some one turned a facet open and kept me drunk. When on the 17th of may 2007 i went to church to attend a praise meeting, i first started laughing and all of a sudden someone told me to drink or drown! I chose to drink. I am writing you this on the evening of May 17th 2007. i came home just 30 minutes ago and i am still drunk. I can remember that i was drinking something sweet and i felt treated unfair because i wanted to drink more of it but some one turned the facet and there was nothing to drink anymore. i want to let you know because my pastor and his wife showed us your videotapes although i can remember starting to laugh even before they started and i had heard nothing funny! Ever since last Tuesday night, I’ve been really convicted in my heart about winning souls to Christ. I had never done it before and felt very ashamed. Well I did sing, last night, at our church and it was slim picking in the congregation. Obviously we haven’t been doing our job. Well in the very early dark hours, this morning, my youngest daughter called me from Pennsylvania. I asked her if she minded if I would go back to bed. But after I hung up, I thought better about it and called her back to pray the prayer of salvation with her. She asked if she could do it later, and I said “No”. So I led her in the prayer of salvation!!!!!!!!!!!!! And she is the very first person in my life that I’ve ever led to the Lord! What better way to start than with your own family members. Now both my daughters have been saved. My older one lives in Tampa and got saved on March 17th, 2007 in Orlando. I saw it – I was right there. Now please pray that they will be drawn to the things of God and grow in their spiritual walk with Him. Agape, Julie

We know we know the Lord because:

6. We have overcome the world and Satan

“I write to you, little children, Because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake. I write to you, fathers, Because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, Because you have overcome the wicked one.I write to you, little children, Because you have known the Father. I have written to you, fathers, Because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, Because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, And you have overcome the wicked one.” 1 John 2:12-14 NKJV

“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith.” 1 John 5:4 NKJV

“We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.” 1 John 5:18 NKJV

Because we know the Father; because we are born of God; because His word abides in us; because our faith is in Him; because we keep ourselves and choose to not sin – therefore we have overcome the wicked one and he cannot touch us.

7. We hate the world and the things of the world

“Do not love or cherish the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world — the lust of the flesh [craving for sensual gratification] and the lust of the eyes [greedy longings of the mind] and the pride of life [assurance in one’s own resources or in the stability of earthly things] — these do not come from the Father but are from the world [itself]. And the world passes away and disappears, and with it the forbidden cravings (the passionate desires, the lust) of it; but he who does the will of God and carries out His purposes in his life abides (remains) forever.” 1 John 2:15-17 AMP

The child of God, who knows God, does not love the world or things of the world. The more we come to know the Father; the more time we spend with Him; the less we desire worldly carnal things.

8. We are one with the Body of Christ

“They went out from our number, but they did not [really] belong to us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us. But [they withdrew] that it might be plain that they all are not of us.” 1 John 2:19 AMP

Those who know the Father have fellowship with Him and with each other. They are not exclusive, neither do they separate themselves. They do not fight against each other, but they do everything to walk in peace with each other.

9. We are anointed by the Spirit

“But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things. I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us — eternal life. These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you. But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.” 1 John 2:20-27 NKJV

You cannot fake the anointing – you are either anointed or you are not. Those who know the Father also know and recognize the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

10. We know the truth that sets us free

“I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you know it, and that no lie is of the truth.” 1 John 2:21 NKJV

“And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” They answered Him, ‘We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?’ Jesus answered them, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.’ ” John 8:32-36 NKJV

We know the Truth because we know the Father. The Truth sets us free from sin and from the bondage of sin. We are free indeed.

11. Because we acknowledge God and His Son Jesus Christ

“Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the
beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us —
eternal life.” 1 John 2:22-25 NKJV

We know the Father, and we know Jesus, because we acknowledge that He is Lord, God and Savior. Because we believe, we have eternal life now.

The Lord has done wonders for me since the year 2005. back then i was a hateful, sexual, sorrowful 12 year old boy who was on a bad bad road. my family had been out of church for two years and it seemed that i feel into lots of trouble during this time. one day i felt the weight of my sin and sought the Lord for a while, seeking Him and still sinning i found out didn’t’ mix! but for that year i struggled to overcome my flesh. not knowing how to do so and not telling anybody about what was going on. on new years evening of 2006 i decided that my new years resolution would be to drop my sinful life and peruse Christ till death, i gave my life to Him not out of just words, but this time out of the heart as well., this time i truly wanted Him and this time, this was the beginning of a great life! during this year i was freed from all this sin and recently from fear and confusion bondage, i have peace, love, joy, and faith in my life! i am now preparing myself for the use of the Lord for He has let me know out of the mouths of many that He has a great purpose for me and i can’t wait to fulfill it! the way i overcame this sin was (of course) by His blood and Him alone! i turned to daily prayer and worship, i also opened myself up to those who were living in a right relationship with God to help me out. it was a year of humbling myself and truly finding the God I’ve come to love with ALL MY HEART! my life will never be the same. so take it from me, if you have any of these problems you can’t overcome them by yourself, grab a hold of God and His faithful servants! and praise Him in your storm.

I had a problem with face to face witnessing. I used to be scared but when you just let God move and take control and just read the powerful card they listen to you and take it to the heart before you know it they are on the path to Heaven. By just saying a simple prayer that you led them into.

I began attending The River on October 2006, towards the end of my pregnancy. It was during the October Holy Spirit Weekend. That night we rushed out because I felt labor coming on. I did not deliver until weeks later, I was so moved by emotional, spiritual and physical impact I received here that I continued to attend. Months later when my son was 3 months my son was diagnosed with a condition in which the openings in his skull seal prematurely and cause the head brain to grow deformed. He needed immediate surgery. I was desperate, I prayed to the Lord and begged him to save my son. After a service my son’s grandmother and I approached Pastor Rodney and asked him to pray for my little boy. He prayed over my son and declared health and normalcy over him. At that very moment I was touched by the Lord and hit the ground for the very first time in my life. I felt calm and at peace like I never had before. A week later I woke up to take my son to a visit with the specialist to discuss details about his condition and get a referral for surgery. I touched his head once in faith that I would be able to feel a difference, and I did, IT WAS SOFT!!!! I thanked God in silence keeping my discovery to myself and attended the visit in high spirits. The Doctor checked him thoroughly and finally said there had been a misdiagnosis. My son was not suffering from that horrible condition (at least not anymore)and the doctor even reffered to him as a perfectly healthy little boy. I truly believe and KNOW in my heart that the Lord made my son healthy and saved him from medical intervention and a surgery at such a tender age. Thank God for everything he does for us and everything he has done for me. And thank Pastor Rodney for praying for him as well as other members of the church who called me and prayed for my son. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Hey, I came back from Iraq in November, I had 3 friends that passed away in Iraq, and I never got a chance to speak to them about Christ. I had such a conviction in my heart and on my hands, When Pastor Rodney Brown came to the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami area, I went to go see him. And I gave my life back to Christ again, that second day I went out to the nursing homes and I got the chance to share the gospel script in a Veterans Hospital. That day god showed me that anyone can preach the gospel, 46 souls came to Christ that day and I never preached before ever in my life. Praise god!

Happy Birthdays, Rodney & Adonica! We attended last Friday’s meeting at which Drummond Thom spoke. Before the meeting, my husband Dan had privately asked the Lord for a few specific things, including doing a brand new thing in his personal ministry. I did not know about this, as I was having a birthday dinner with our son elsewhere. At the River, several minutes after Drummond had already laid hands on us and prayed for a double portion of anointing on our lives, he passed by Dan, stopped and began prophesying that the Lord was going to do a ” brand new thing” in his ministry, and continued speaking forth other wording that was precisely what Dan had prayed. Yay, God! During the course of the other meetings that weekend, the Lord spoke to me and said that we were going to bring a ” raincloud” back with us to Lawtey Prison and to the mental hospital in MacClenny where I am chaplain. So at our Sunday night service ( on my birthday ), the Lord gave me the best birthday gift ever! After I taught on impartations, I was trying to say that now we were going to listen to the Rodney Howard- Brown tape, ” The Sweet Presence of Jesus”, but I suddenly couldn’t get the words out of my mouth. I got hit with Holy laughter and jolts, volts and bolts of electricity, so Dan took the mike. Then many of the prisoners got struck with laughter too, as the Holy Spirit did a prison break ( from the outside in!) I turned as red as my dress, Dan says, and many of them did too!

Then we laid hands on many who were falling like flies! Hallelujah! Now they’ve asked us to do a Revival there next month, and they’re all excited about bringing the lost. It was something I’d been praying for, for over 25 years- ever since a guy came to my Bible school in Tulsa ( Victory ) with that anointing of joy and turned the place upside down. Thank You Jesus! Nothing like a tangible, transferable anointing, I say ! ( Wait, that sounds familiar, ha ha ) Please keep in prayer our outreach at the Farmer’s Market at City Hall next Friday. Mighty Wind Ministry and some of our friends have 4 hours to preach, testify and worship the Lord with several Christian bands. Some of the soul winners your people trained at the Jax Great Awakening are coming too, and we are expecting ” a new thing”!!!! Glory to God! Thank you both for your awesome ministry, and your faithfulness to set an example. I just finished reading ” The New Wine is Better” by Drummond’s dad. Wow! What an inspiration! Great things are ahead, and are here now! We bless you all in Jesus’ mighty and majestic Name!

Prayer

I know I keep writing, but I’ve got another testimony! For a while, now, I’ve been praying over Nebraska Ave., and then I added Fowler Ave. for salvation and for revival to break out in those places. So Tuesday I was driving home along Fowler Ave. from USF. It had started raining. Well when I got to the intersection of Fowler Ave. and Nebraska Ave., do you know what I saw?! There were just a couple of people standing on that corner, in the rain, holding up these signs, one in English and the other in Spanish. The sign said, “Jesus is coming. Are you ready?” Boy, did I ever rejoice!

I felt ashamed when Pastor Rodney told us that, whoever we are, as long as we’re Christians, it’s our job to win souls. I had never done that before, and I took what he had said to heart. So this Indian telemarketer called me on the phone the other day, trying to sell me long distance calling service. The connection was really bad; I think he must have been calling from India. I thought about it for a couple of seconds and then I told him that I’ve got something better – Jesus Christ. I asked him if he wanted to receive Jesus Christ and he said, “Yeah, why not?” So I started to lead him in the prayer of salvation but he got a little freaked and handed the phone to a female who had a heavy Indian accent as well. I asked her if she wanted to receive Jesus Christ and she said, “Yeah, why not?” So I led her in the prayer of salvation!!!!!! THEN, she was still trying to sell me long distance calling service. And as I was explaining to her that I didn’t need anymore long distance calling service, I think it began to sink in with her what had transpired because she became very grateful. And by the end of the phone call, she kept telling me to have a nice day, etc. I just wanted to share that because I thought it was pretty neat. They thought they were calling because they wanted to sell me something, but what they didn’t realize was that they were calling me all the way from India because they really wanted something more, and one of them got it! And now they have been shown the love of God, possibly for the very first time.

Winter Campmeeting 2008

I called and asked for prayer for my 3 year old son, he was diagnosed with spectrum outism,we all have been praying for him, and he really is starting to talk more and respond like never before since I called in and prayed with a girl on your staff who was on a 21 day Daniel fast. Thank You for you prayers and Praise God. I hope that you will continue to pray for him, he also has food allergy’s. May your Ministry be blessed.

It was while watching God TV on the Internet. We in Mexico don’t get God TV or any other Christian channel, other than Enlace, but that’s not too great. Anyhow, I was watching this one service, my first I’d ever seen and as I was watching, I noticed that the preachers voice (pastor Rodney) and the voice of my “angels recording” was exactly the same! I have the recording of the angels and I knew it was from Florida, but nothing else. That particular recording blesses me soooooo much, and though it may not be believable, the pastor’s voice blessed me more than the angels chorus. My testimony is this: As I was watching, there came along this nice lady, this graceful lady, then I knew it was the pastor’s wife. From the moment she started talking it blessed me in a way that is very unusual for me. The moment she started talking in tongues (I’m spirit filled, too), something inside of me started moving. The presence of God came here in my room. Immediately after it was over, tears started streaming down my face. She is such an awesome lady! I am watching more and more often via internet. ***This week has been awesome with Rodney Howard Browne’s ConferenCE!*** I must tell you this. As I was watching a few minutes ago and you guys were talking about the trip to Israel, Rory was saying that we are seated with Christ in heaven, looking down, I saw myself in that position saying “COME UP!” and when Rory prayed he said…”COME UP!” It was like a confirmation that the Lord is calling me to go to Israel with you all in May.I have sent for the brochure. I need a miracle to do it. PRAY and agree with me please. It will be my second trip there…the first in 1997. I live in the Gulf Coast area of Mississippi, southern USA, where hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. I KNOW that God has put it in my heart that this is my year for miracles! I drive 1 and a half hours to attend Pastor John Kilpatrick’s church called Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama.He is a friend of Steve Hill and the former pastor of the Brownsville revival. On January 13, 2008, he had us to write and declare prophetically all that we are believing God for this year. This is my list: #1 I will marry THE man of God for my life. ( I have been single for 8 years) #2 I will enter into the ministry God has ordained for me. (Part of my calling is missions trips) *** #3 I will be on FIRE for God! ( This week I have stirred up the fire because of the RHB meetings.It has been awesome!) **** #4 I will be out of debt and blessed so abundantly that I cannot contain it. #5 My son, 3 grandsons and daughterinlaw will come into the kingdom and worship and serve him. #6 I will go on missions trips, (Israel will be the first one for this year) minister to the hurting, (women friends are calling me for minstry and prayer) see lives changed,see miracles,signs, and wonders come to pass.#7 I will preach the word of God! and I will prophecy in the annointing! #8 I will be a part of Church of His Presence.

Winter Campmeeting 2008

I was watching the Winter Campmeeting 08 and saw the tv internet GOD.TV I saw call for the fire of GOD on the computer screen and so I called and told the prayer counselor I want to be so on fire for God that when I go to work in the factory that I work at as I am praying in My weld booth I hope the fire of God comes so strong that people fall out in the floor as I am praying and seeking God while on my job! The counselor prayed and immediately felt the fire of GOD as I was sitting in my seat the temperature in my living room went up like from 68 to 90 degrees and I started to speak in my heavenly language. Praise God and keep serving the Wine up thank you Pastors BRowne!

I attended a Sunday morning Church service with my husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandson. During the service when my arms were uplifted singing, the Holy Spirit spoke to me. It was not scary but wonderful. Then the Holy Spirit told my daughter-in-law, who was standing next to me, to put her hand on my neck. I had six tumors in my thyroid and she felt my thyroid being healed! Praise God! After the service, I came forward thinking I was going to meet Pastor Rodney and I was slain in the spirit! I didn’t want to get up. I have been a Christian most of my life, but didn’t believe in being slain in the spirit until it happened to me. We live three hours away from the Church, but have been back two of the last three Sundays. My husband and I are praying about living closer. I want God to use me the way He wants to.
